"Dîner en Blanc Barcelona"

La segunda edicion en Barcelona de "Dîner en Blanc" se celebrara el 11 de julio de 2013. 

Es un evento muy curioso e itinerante. Se ha realizado ya en otras ciudades como Nueva York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Singapur...

Es un acto multitudinario que se realiza al aire libre, en un espacio publico donde su caracteristica mas divertida es que todo tiene que ser blanco. Los propios asistentes son los encargados de llevar la comida, el mobiliario, la vestimenta sin olvidar que nada no puede ser blanco.

Lovely Pasta

Ultimamente me he dado a la pasta. 

Y con estos packagins quien se resiste a comprar?

Hace unos años era dificil encontrar la union entre diseño y gastronomia en el supermercado...

Yo contento con este cambio...confieso que a veces compro algo sin saber muy bien que es solo por el diseño del packaging. 

Os pasa lo mismo?

A pasar un buen jueves que ya en nada copichuela en mano como buen viernes!

A los que nos gusta una profesion, a los que la sentimos con pasion y esfuerzo os podeis imaginar la satisfaccion que siento al ver mi hijo en la cocina. Sentir que le he transmitido sin querer esta pasion me encanta. 
Es capaz de sorprenderme!

Los que me seguis en el blog ya sabreis que los viernes son noche de creppes en casa (recuerdalo si quieres) pues no va y cada viernes me da una idea!! yo creo que sin decir nada lo va pensando durante la semana, como si de un secreto se tratara. 
La ultima idea " papi no crees que para las creppes dulces serian mas buenas si  a la masa le agregas cacao en polvo? ....buenisimo, la pasada semana fue," papi como a ti y a mami gusta tanto el cafe, porque no le pones un poco de Nescafe a la masa?...buenisimas tambien. 

Y como estas, millones de ideas, ahora ya en casa no se hace una tortilla a la francesa sin nueces tostadas, y es que mi hijo le agregaria nueces a cualquier comida...

Si podeis decirlo...orgullo de padre =)

To those who like a profession, to those we feel with passion and effort you can imagine the satisfaction I feel when I see my son in the kitchen. I love to feel that I have conveyed this passion unintentionally . He is capable to amaze me!

Those who follow me on the blog you shall know that Fridays are crêpes night at home (remember it here if you want) He gives me every Friday night an idea! I think he goes without saying anything thinking during the week, as he has a secret.

The last idea was, "Papi I think for sweet crêpes would be more good if we add to the mass cocoa powder? .... Great!. Last week was," Daddy as you and mummy like coffee, you can put  Nescafe to the mass? ... Great too.

And like this ideas, more and more, now at home we don't cook an omelette without roasted nuts, is that my son like to add nuts to any meal ...

Yes, you can say it ...I'm a proud father =)

The most cool sandwiches made for the most cool father [to read in english go below] / Los bocadillos mas divertidos hechos por un padre!

*** que no os duelan los ojos al leer porfavor, sigo sin poder acentuar...que la Real Academia de la lengua Española me perdone***

Aqui la muestra de que algo tan rutinario como hacer el bocadillo de tus hijos para el cole puede ser algo tan divertido y especial. 

David Laferrier debe ser la envidia todos los padres del colegio de sus hijos, porque desde hace 4 años al preparar el bocadillo a los peques para ir al cole les hace una ilustracion en la bolsa, les hace una foto y las cuelga aqui. Una chulada!

Me hizo gracia encontrar estos bocatas porque mi mujer en casa hace algo parecido, aqui las bolsas de bocata son de papel blanco y ella les escribe notas o mensajes a los niños. A veces para hacerles reir, a veces para recordarles algo o simplemente para recordarles que siempre estamos con ellos aunque no sea fisicamente. 

La idea vino porque cuando cambiamos de pais y los niños al cambiar de cole no jugaban en el patio. 
Mi mujer queria conseguir una motivacion y una alegria para ellos el que llegara el patio....y lo consiguio.

Here's a sign that something as routine as prepare your kids snack for school every day can be as fun and special.

David Laferrier must be the envy of all school parents, because for four years when he  prepare the snack for his kids to go school he draws them an illustration in the bag, he takes a picture and posts them here. Cool!

I was amused to find these sandwiches  because my wife does something similar at home with the kids, here the bag's sandwich are made with white paper and she writes them notes or messages to them. Sometimes to make them laugh, sometimes to remind them something or just to remind them that we are always with them though not physically.

The idea came because when we change the country and children changed the school they had no friends so they didn't play on the playground. My wife wanted to get a motivation and a joy for them to reach the playground time .... and she got it.

I like the people that makes the rutinary stuff something special!

Cuando voy al colegio a recoger mis hijos, me da la sensacion que soy para las madres como una enciclopedia de recetas...hahahaha...que me encanta eh! 

Lo cierto es que la mayoria vais buscando ideas de que cocinar, la receta gracias a google ya no son un problema, pero hasta llegar el que buscar en google ya es una tarea. 
Y cuando tienes la idea, no puedes llevarla a cabo porque te faltan cosas. 

Pues navegando por la red me he encontrado este imprimible gratis [pincha aqui] para que puedas organicarte las comidas de la semana. 

Yo me se de una casa que ya lo tienen en marcha...

When I go to school to pick up my kids, I get the feeling that the moms look me like an encyclopedia of recipes ... hahahaha ... I love it, aah!

The truth is that most of them are going about looking for ideas to cook, the recipe now no is a problem because they get it in google, but before you get the idea to search is already a task.
And when you have the idea, you can not carry it out because you are without some ingredients..

Doing juggling! /Jungando a hacer malabares!

Y cuantos dias sin pasar por aqui!! 

Pero y cuantas cosas han pasado en estos dias!!

Que tu ordenador se llene de virus...no ayuda....

No es que no acentue porque me olvido...no. Es que el ordenador ha decidido que no esta de moda. 

Que no me deje poner la letra "ceta" tampoco ayuda....

Empecar un nuevo proyecto con horarios impestivos...no ayuda...

Que sea epoca de comuniones, bodas y banquetes...tampoco ayuda a poder escribir lo que me gustaria, pero esta claro que de esto no me voy a quejar, 

Y tener tus arboles de fruta llenos y tener que recogerlas tampoco ayuda a dejarme mucho tiempo libre. 

Pero ya voy poniendome al dia con todo.

That your computer is full of viruses ... doesn't help ....

Do not let me put the letter zeta doesn't help ....

Start a new project with difficult timestables ... doesn't help ...

It's season of Communions, Weddings and banquets ... also doesn't help me to write what I like, but it is clear that I will not complain about it.

And have your fruit trees full and having to pick, does not help me much free time.

But I'm catching up!!
