En el cole de mi hija ya se habla de San Valentín...y sólo tiene 7 años, buuueno vale en una semana hace 8 :(

Pues todavía no lo se...además mamá y yo no celebramos mucho ésta fecha. El amor se demuestra cada día....

Jo papi! le tienes que hacer algo! no hace falta comprar nada, yo te ayudo. Además como eres cocinero, le puedes cocinar una cosa muy buena o hacer algo con comida, no? "

Buenos días! Aunque sea lunes...
Que corto se hace el fin de semana...

Lo mejor del fin de semana para mi, es no tener pegado el reloj ni la prisas toodo el día. Hay tiempo un café mañanero con prensa y búsqueda de cosas chulas por internet. 
Muchos de los post del blogg son fruto del café dominguero ;) 

Hoy os enseño algo que si tenéis niños o no tan niños que les guste cocinar y enredar en la cocina como a los míos es un buen regalo. 
Me gustan las cosas sencillas y divertidas, creo que hay que añadir cosas alegres a la vida porque en si ya es lo bastante dura. 

Si os apetece reír al cortar o al servir una ensalada, podéis encontrar estos artículos aquí.

Por otro lado, si sois de los que como yo os habéis cortado alguna vez con el cuchillo porque lo utilizáis de espátula, aquí os dejo esta pinza que acaba de salir al mercado. Yo ya he hecho mi pedido!

Good morning! Although it is Monday ...

How short is the weekend ...

Best of the weekend for me, is not having attached the clock or rushing all day. There is time to have a coffee morning with enough time to finding cool stuff online.

Many of the post here are fruit of the Sunday's coffee ;)

Madrid Fusión 2013!!

Ya ha pasado la feria gastronómica del año, Madrid fusión 2013. 

Más de 100 chefs, 30 demostraciones de la mano de los mejores chef, y más de 40 presentaciones de nuevos conceptos gastronómicos y como no los talleres donde aprender es toda una experiencia. 

Como país invitado ha sido Brasil..

Este año el lema ha sido " la creatividad continúa ". 

Lo que más me ha llamado la atención? 

El agua de mar, nos animan a que lo incorporemos en nuestras cocinas ya que según nos dicen aporta muchos nutrientes para nuestra salud y le da un gusto muy especial a los platos. 

Me gustaría también poder probar el mini arroz que sólo que cultiva en Brasil y tiene un alto grado de almidón y carbohidratos. 

Se presentó también una bebida para mujeres, Pinkcowk, que está elaborada a base de extractos vegetales y bajo en calorías.

También se ha presentado maquinaria, entre las cuales me llama la atención la impresora en 3D, donde los cartuchos estarán hechos de purés! 

Y la plancha de teppanyaki inversa, que en vez de calentar te podrá llegar a una temperatura de 34.4 grados bajo cero! donde podremos poner en funcionamiento para jugar con texturas sin utilizar el nitrógeno líquido! 

Como siempre a mi me alucinan!

What most caught my attention?

"el espejo del bebedor" una nueva app // "Drinking mirror" a new app

Muy buenos días! 

Como ha ido el fin de semana? Por aquí en Líbano con muy buen tiempo (ah!no que ayer llovió). 

Hoy quiero enseñaros una nueva aplicación diferente para los teléfonos móviles. Se llama "Drinking mirror" y forma parte de una campaña contra el alcohol en Escocia. 
Es simple, subes una foto tuya y le dices al programa cuantas copas de vino te tomas a la semana (o gins, o cervezas) y la aplicación reflejará físicamente como estarás de aquí unos añitos. 

La verdad es que el alcohol hace estragos, en tus riñones, tus relaciones con los demás y como no ya si subes a un coche no hace falta ni mencionarlo....
Por esto todas las campañas son bienvenidas!

Very good morning!

How was your weekend? Over here in Lebanon with very good weather (Oh no!it rained yesterday).

Today I want to show you a new and differently application for mobile phones. It's called "Drinking mirror" and forms part of a campaign against alcohol in Scotland.
It's simple, you upload a picture of yourself and tell the program how many glasses of wine you take in a week (or gin or beer) and the application will be reflected you physically how you'll look in a few years old.

The fact is that alcohol wreaks havoc on your kidneys, your relationships, in your looks and if you drive a car drunk... I don't want thinking about it ....
Therefore all campaigns are welcome!

Orient Queen II, there I go!! // Allá voy!!

Muy buenos jueves!! 

Se acerca el fin de semana y aquí ya se quedó atrás el frío y tenemos muuy buen tiempo para aprovechar el fin de semana a tope. 

Y ahora es precisamente lo que necesito para mi futuro más próximo, disfrutar de los míos, del país..ya que me vuelvo a embarcar en el Orient Queen II en abril. Al final le voy a coger cariño al mar y a los mareos (grrr).

Así es que desde abril a octubre, me vuelvo a subir a bordo de un crucero. Pequeño y exclusivo, donde cada detalle tiene la importancia que a mi me gusta darle a mi trabajo. Donde la temporada pasada me dio tantas satisfacciones (sin olvidarme de los mareos, eh?) 

Si alguien se anima a hacer un crucero aquí os dejo la web.

Así es que mi vida ya gira en torno a los viajes...en marzo 15 días a Turquía y durante 7 meses, Grecia y Turquía me esperan. 

Mientras, aquí estoy intentando disfrutar al minuto y de las cosas que allí donde esté nunca olvido. Y como no trabajando!!

Good morning everyone!! Thursday!!

Is coming weekend and the cold fell behind here and we  have now very good weather to harness the weekend.

And now is just what I need for my immediate future, enjoy my family, the country...because I turn to board in Orient Queen II in April. Finally I'm going to get love of the sea and dizziness (grrr).

So, from April to October, I'll board in a cruise. Small and exclusive, where every detail is important that I like to give my work. Where last season gave me so much satisfaction (not forgetting of dizziness, eh?)

So my life now revolves around trips ... 15 days in March I'll go to Tukey and during seven months Greece and Turkey too.

Meanwhile, here I am trying to enjoy the minutes and with my work too.

Después de la tormenta....// After the storm....

Muy buenos días!! 

Ya se que hace muuuchos días que estoy out, y es que Olga a visitado el Líbano. Que quien es Olga? Una súper tormenta que me ha dejado incomunicado en casa 5 días. Olga venía desde Rusia con amor y mucho frío y nieve. 
Y es lo que tiene vivir en la montaña, que sí que es muy bonito y purificador, pero con un poco de frío la que se lía es no es poco. 
Mira, mira:

Estar en Medio Oriente no te garantiza buen tiempo...

Bueno, la verdad es que me ha ido bien para adelantar mi próximo trabajo...Turquía me espera...en un mes y medio me voy 15 días para trabajar...yeaah!!

Que paséis una buena semana...calentitos en casa.

I know that in many days I'm out, but already I'm here, is that Olga has visited Lebanon. Whoever is Olga? A super storm that has left me at home five days solitary confinement. Olga came from Russia with love and with very cold and snow.
