Orderliness call //Llamada al orden

Empiezo a estar ya a tope de trabajo non stop y los nervios de la entrada de la nueva temporada del Orient Queen II ya empiezan a notarse. 

Por eso  estas imágenes que os dejo aquí me han gustado. Demuestran que todo puede tener un orden, por mucho sea el caos donde uno se encuentre siempre se puede ordenar. 

Cuando los nervios afloran y el poco tiempo empuja como me gustaría deconstruirme como una macedonia. 

Que tengáis una semana de lo más ordenada!

To mom...happy mothers day! / feliz dia de la madre!

Hoy en Líbano es el día de la madre, así que hoy no puedo hacer otra cosa que escribir este post a mi madre.

Tengo una madre que siempre me ha defendido. 
Y yo de pequeño tela...tengo una madre que cada día su hijo le llegaba a casa con alguna o algunas brechas y cuando los demás se le reían ella me defendía, aún escucho su frase: "los niños quietos sólo se encuentran en el hospital". 
A la pobre los profesores la llamaban cada día para explicarle lo terremoto que era, y aún así conmigo sólo demostraba ternura. 
Tengo una madre que después de todo el día arriba y abajo encontraba tiempo por la noche para mimarme, y hasta donde debía estar cuando me ha confesado que a veces pensaba en poner una peluca a mi lado, para que yo pensara que era ella. 
Que agotamiento!

Tengo una madre trabajadora, como la que más!! 
Ser mujer trabajadora hace 40 años con 3 niños y jamás tener la sensación que a mi madre le superaba el trabajo del día a día no tiene precio. 
Hoy con casi 70 años sigue igual, no puede sentarse si le queda algo por hacer. 

Tengo una madre que cocina con amor...
Que os voy a contar que no lo haya hecho ya?...aún recuerdo la sensación de llegar a casa y que el aroma de la cocina invadía mi atención. 
Y gracias a ella y a sus aromas estoy donde estoy. 

Yo por todo esto y mucho más mamá, te deseo un feliz no sólo día, sino que seas feliz día a día!

Today in Lebanon is the Mother's Day, so today I can not do otherwise than write this post to my mother.

I have a mother who always defended me.
And I was a naughty boy ... I have a mother that her son every day he came home with one or more injures and when the people complained to her, she always defended me, still hear the phrase "quiet children only stay in the hospital ".
My poor mom, who teachers called her every day to explain what I was earthquake, yet only showed me tenderness.
I have a mother that after all day back and forth, at night found time to pampered me, she confessed me that sometimes thought to put a wig on my side.
Exhaustion!

I have a working mother, like the one that more!
Being a worker woman  40 years ago, with 3 children and never have the feeling that my mother was over day by day is priceless.
Today with nearly 70 years remains the same, she can not sit if she has left something to be done.

I have a mother who cooks with love
 ... I still remember the feeling of coming home and that the smell of cooking pervaded my attention.
And thanks to her and her aromas now I'm where I am.

Bill Gates' 11 Rules of Life // 11 consejos de Bill Gates

Desde Beirut...buenos días!!

Os dejo con una lista de buenos consejos según Bill Gates que dio a los alumnos de un colegio.

A mi en esta lista de Bill Gates, me falta 1 regla...a veces la vida te regala una segunda oportunidad si te esfuerzas en conseguirla.

1.

La vida no es justa, acostúmbrate a ello.

2.

 Al mundo no le importará tu autoestima. El mundo esperará que logres algo, independientemente de que te sientas bien o no contigo mismo.

3.

 No ganarás US$5.000 mensuales justo después de haber salido de la escuela, y no serás el vicepresidente de una empresa, con coche gratis, hasta que hayas terminado el instituto, estudiado y trabajado mucho.

4.

Si piensas que tu profesor es duro, espera a que tengas un jefe. Ese sí que no tendrá vocación de enseñanza ni la paciencia requerida.

5.

Dedicarse a voltear hamburguesas no te quita dignidad. Tus abuelos tenían una palabra diferente para describirlo: le llamaban oportunidad.

6.

Si metes la pata, no es culpa de tus padres, así que no lloriquees por tus errores; aprende de ellos.

7.

Antes de que nacieras, tus padres no eran tan aburridos como lo son ahora. Ellos empezaron a serlo por pagar tus cuentas, lavar tu ropa sucia y escucharte hablar acerca de lo “super” que eres y lo pesados que son ellos. Así que antes de emprender tu lucha por las selvas vírgenes, contaminadas por la generación de tus padres, inicia el camino limpiando las cosas de tu propia vida, empezando por tu habitación, escritorio, armario y closet.

En la escuela puede haberse eliminado la diferencia entre ganadores y perdedores, pero en la vida real no. En algunas escuelas ya no se pierden años lectivos y te dan las oportunidades que necesitas para encontrar la respuesta correcta en tus exámenes y para que tus tareas sean cada vez más fáciles. Eso no tiene ninguna semejanza con la vida real.

9.

La vida no se divide en semestres. No tendrás vacaciones de verano largas en lugares lejanos y muy pocos jefes se interesarán en ayudarte a que te encuentres a ti mismo. Todo esto tendrás que hacerlo en tu tiempo libre.

10.

La televisión no es la vida real. En la vida cotidiana, la gente de verdad tiene que salir del café de la película para irse a trabajar.

11.

Sé amable con los “NERDS” (los más aplicados de tu clase). Existen muchas probabilidades de que termines trabajando para uno de ellos.

From Beirut ... good morning!

I leave you with a list of good advice that Bill Gates gave to students in a school.

Me in this list  I need one rule more ... life sometimes gives you a second chance if you strive to get it.

Rule 1: Life is not fair -- get used to it! Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself. Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both. Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss. Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping -- they called it opportunity. Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them. Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you are. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room. Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life. Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time. Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs. Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

El restaurante del chef Narisawa ha sido el proclamado como el mejor restaurante de Asia. 
Este chef a sus 44 años, diseña sus menús a través de las distintas estaciones. Su cocina se basa en el fuego, el agua, tierra y bosque. 
Sólo trabaja con proveedores de agricultura ecológica y pesca sostenible.

Ha dicho que su contacto permanente con cocineros españoles le ha hecho aplicar técnicas para buscar los sabores originales. 

Los premios San Pellegrino Asia's 50 Best Restaurants se entregaron en Singapur,dentro de Bay Sands, conocida por los cocineros como una de las zonas con mejores restaurantes por metro cuadrado.

The restaurant by Narisawa chef has been proclaimed as the best restaurant in Asia.
This chef at 44 years, designs his menus through the seasons. The cuisine is based on fire, water, earth and forest.
Only works with suppliers of organic farming and sustainable fishing.
