Ya estamos en plena temporada de bodas. Y Gastronomic Talent por primera vez se ha estrenado en este terreno.
Aquí en Líbano, la costumbre a diferencia que en España es que la comida se sirve en buffet.
También es habitual servir un aperitivo antes de la comida, que depende muchas veces de las posibilidades económicas de los novios.
Para la cocina, he de decir que es mucho más cómodo servir un buffet que un set menu (un camarero te sirve el menu) porque te permite trabajar con más eficiencia. Dado que, puedes controlar y preparar los tiempos sin el stress de que todos los invitados tienen que estar servidos al momento.
Las dos bodas que a servido Gastronomic Talent han sido bien distintas. Una 100% árabe y la otra árabe, occidental y oriental combinadas.
Estoy contento, ya que en las dos hemos hecho un buen trabajo según la opinión de los novios y esto para un Chef es lo más gratificante.
