Como pasan los días...ya es viernes de nuevo.
Hace una semana todavía estaba en el yate de una de las personas más influyentes del Líbano. No puedo deciros el nombre, ni enseñaros fotos del yate ni de los platos que preparé para sus invitados VIP, para mantener su privacidad.
Es la primera vez, que trabajo para alguien como él.
Y mejor impresión no he podido tener.
Como me gusta saber que dependiendo del dinero y del poder que tienen algunas personas siguen manteniendo su humildad.
Me he quedado sorprendido del trato hacia el staff. Que lujo.
Seguro que por eso esta donde está.
No era la primera vez que subía a un barco, pero sí la primera que trabajaba en él. Como se aprende de todas las experiencias...la logística especial que se necesita,el protocolo de la cocina, los utensilios utilizados....
Muchos de vosotros me habéis preguntado por lo de los mareos, ya que en el otro post lo dije. Pues bien, sí me maree. Aunque sólo una noche y creo que todos nos mareamos. Que olas!! Gracias por todos los mensajes que me habéis enviado.
Me sabe muy mal el no poder dar más detalles. Tengo la sensación que hablo sin hablar, pero espero que me entendáis.
Me he quedado muy satisfecho con el trabajo que he hecho, los platos que he elaborado.
Sabores de toda la vida con toques de fusión y una presentación moderna.
Me gusto mucho el hecho que me pidieran las recetas.
Pero lo mejor, es que al despedirte de un sitio te feliciten por el trabajo realizado. Puede haber algo mejor?
En mi caso, no.

How pass the days! ... It's Friday again.
A week ago was still on the yacht of one of the most influential person of Lebanon. I can not tell the name or show the pictures of the yacht or the dishes I prepared for VIP guests to maintain their privacy.
Is the first time that I work for someone like him.
And best impression I couldn't have.
As I like to know that depending on money and power that some people still maintain their humility.
I have been amazed treatment to the staff. Great!.
It was not the first time I boarded a boat, but the first I worked on it. I learned from this experience ... special logistics required, the protocol of the kitchen utensils used ....
Many of you asked me about of dizziness, as in the other post I said it. Well, yes me dizzied. Although only one night and I think all the persons in the yatch was dizzied. That wave! Thanks for all the messages you sent me.
I'm sorry that I can't to explain so much. I have the feeling that I speak without speaking, but I hope you understand me.
I was very pleased with the work I've done, the dishes I prepared.
Flavors of always with a touch of fusion and modern presentation.
I really liked the fact that they asked me the recipes.
But the best thing is that when I said goodbye they congratulated for my work. Could be better?
In my case, no.
