Ultima semana a bordo...ya se acaba.
Momento de valorar. Como si fuera 1 de enero. Me gustaría poder entregar unos formularios de satisfacción...jajaja. Impacto directo.
Aunque tengo el mejor formulario, es en directo con palabras y sin intermediarios.
Trabajar en alta mar, es lo que tiene. Todos nos cruzamos ochenta mil veces por los pasillos, en el bar, en la piscina...bueno también en la disco.... Pasajeros y Crew.
Y he sido el responsable de la comida de todos ellos.
De 300 personas al día, cada semana durante 2 meses.
Sabiendo que voy a convivir con ellos durante 7 días sabiendo que me van a decir exactamente lo que les ha gustado o no. Sin pudor. Me gusta!
Pero ya se acaba.
Ha sido duro, sobre todo estar fuera de casa todo este tiempo.
Pero la recompensa es grande.
Más después de estas líneas que me han cogido por sorpresa en una revista.

Creo que han exagerado diciendo que soy el mejor cocinero del momento en el Líbano, pero creo que si soy de los que pone todo su empeño en que las cosas salgan bien. Y que todavía, después de estar 20 años en el sector sigo con la misma ilusión!
