Como ella ha dicho es una chef que apuesta por una cocina refinada pero nada cargada. El premio se lo han otorgado por su cocina excepcional , creatividad y capacidad de innovación.
Esto último es lo que para mi tiene más mérito, porque innovar no es nada fácil!
De origen italiano, es la cabeza del restaurante Dal Pescatore en Mantova dice que seguirá con más empeño que nunca su tarea para sus clientes que son al final la mejor crítica y mejor premio día a día.
