Ferrán Adriá ha puesto en marcha un nuevo proyecto. La fábrica de comida solidaria. Se trata de un evento gastronómico y solidario que tendrá lugar el 9 de Junio en el auditorio de Barcelona.
El evento acogerá los mejores cocineros de España para crear un espectáculo gastronómico y solidario donde mostrará los procesos y secretos de la cocina a través del humor y el entretenimiento.
El beneficio del espectáculo irá dirigido al Casal de Niños de Barcelona.
Ferrán Adriá con este acto quiere dejar patente la gran necesidad que tenemos de tomar conciencia de la cantidad de niños vulnerables y necesitados que hay en España.
