Uno de los grandes, está en apuros. Y es que a Ferrán Adrià y a su socio se les reclama más de diez millones de euros!!
Se les acusa de haber "estafado" a su antiguo socio por haber comprado su parte del negocio a un precio de risa. La palabra "estafa" entra porque el socio de ellos padece una enfermedad mental y podían haberse aprovechado de ello.
Siempre he seguido la trayectoria de Ferrán Adrià. Como Chef, me gusta y me alucina. La noticia puede ser muy perjudicial para su imagen, podría parecer que Ferrán Adrià es una persona con falta de ética y moral. Y desde luego podría ser así.
Aunque para mi, este hecho no desmerecería todo su trabajo ni todas sus investigaciones.
Pero es lo que tiene estar en lo alto, que sale a la luz todo lo que pasa a tu alrededor...bueno peor, sale el proceso de todo lo que pasa a tu alrededor...

One of the greatest, is in trouble. And is that Ferran Adrià and his partner are sued for more than ten million euros!
They are accused of having "defrauded" his former partner for buying his share of the business at a bargain price. The word "fraud" is because the partner them is mentally ill and they could have taken advantage of it.
I've always followed the trajectory of Ferran Adrià. As Chef, I like and I hallucinate with him. The news can be very damaging to his image, it might seem that Ferran Adrià is a person with absence of ethics and morals.
Although for me, this does not detract from all his work and all his research.
But is what you have being on top, it comes to light everything that happens around you ... well worse..so comes out the process of everything that happens around you ...
