La semana que viene, aún no se el día exacto, me voy a Turquía 20 días...para los que penséis: "mira tú! que suerte tienen algunos"...no no, no me voy de vacaciones, sólo me voy por trabajo ;)
Aunque Turquía es un país que me encanta y siempre que he ido me he sentido muy a gusto pero dejar tu casa cuesta.
Me apetece volver por varías razones, como no la primera es que se come de lujo! que ganas de volver a comer el "testi kebab", un guiso de carne que se hace en un recipiente de cerámica que se ha de romper para servir! Divertidísimo y buenísimo. A ver si consigo la receta y a la vuelta os lo explico.

Next week, stil I don't Know the exact day, I'm going to Turkey for 20 days ... Now is when you think: "Lucky you! ... nop nop, I'm not go on vacation, I'm just going by work;)
Although Turkey is a country that I love and when I've been I've felt very comfortable but leave your home is hard.
But I need to go, so, I'm thinking the several reasons I'll enjoy there, as the first is eating luxury! I want to eat the "testi kebab" again, a stew that is made in a ceramic bowl that be break to serve! Hilarious and great. Let's see if I can get the recipe and I'll explain when I come back.
