Ayer por la noche nos fuimos de parranda. Ya tocaba.

Bueno, como siempre mi mujer me hizo llegar 1 hora antes de que empezara el espectáculo, a las 20,30h...sabéis que significa ¿no?....que tenía hambre!! Y la verdad es que en la calle donde estaba el teatro, no había mucha oferta. Así es que entramos a un restaurante pequeñito, donde el nombre creo no le hacía justicia. Hamburguers & more.
Y si bien es cierto que eran todo hamburguesas, que hamburguesas!!! Pero la gracia del sitio para mi, es que sólo tienen un tamaño de hamburguesa ( mini ) y te las preparan a tu gusto.
Tienen muchos tipos de queso, cheddar (típico pero bueno), brie, azul, halloumi (queso libanés que se parece al mahón ) y un extensísimo etc...
Varios tipos de verduras y hortalizas, tomate, pepino (hasta aquí normal ), aunque también podéis encontrar menta, berenjenas, calabacines, Jalapeños, etc...
Pero llegamos a mi sección preferida: las salsas (déjate de tanto Ketchupy mostaza !)
Salsa de vinagreta de champiñones, salsa de barbacoa (pero de la buena), salsa de albahaca con nueces, mahonesa casera, salsa putanesca, campesina....
En fin, un sinfín de combinaciones para que encuentres la tuya dentro de un entorno agradable y económico.
¿ Que se puede pedir más para una noche redonda ?

Last night we went on a spree. It was time.
Well, as my wife always sent me 1 hour before the start of the show, at 20.30 h ...Do you know that means? .... I was hungry! And the truth is that in the street from the theater, there was not much offer. So we went to a little restaurant-bar, where the name did not make it justice. Hamburguers & more.
And although they were all burgers, Wow which burger! But the grace of the site for me is that only have one size hamburger (mini) and you will prepare them to your liking.
The first thing to say that the meat was delicious!
They have many types of cheese, cheddar (typical but good), brie, blue, halloumi , and a very extensive etc...
Various types of vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers (regular here), although you can find mint, eggplant, zucchini, jalapenos, etc ...
Now my favorite section: the sauces
Mushroom vinaigrette sauce, barbecue sauce (but good), basil sauce with walnuts, homemade mayonnaise, salsa putanesca, yogurt sauce....
Finally, endless combinations to help you find your own and perfect hamburguer within a budget friendly environment.
What more could you want for a good night ?
