¿ Como os ha ido el fin de semana ?
El mío si el Barça hubiera ganado habría sido la bomba!
Y es que el desastre de el clásico no me lo esperaba, reconozco que fue duro ver al Barça perder en el Camp Nou. Pero ahora más que nunca Força Barça!!
Por otro lado muy contento, porque el viernes tuve 1 muy buena noticia.
Y es que hace unos días estuve reunido con 1 grupo de restauración importante de aquí Beirut para poder colaborar, y el viernes me dieron la confirmación!! Emperzaré con ellos el mes que viene....
Que ganas tengo de ponerme manos a la obra. A menudo me encuentro con restaurantes bonitos, con grandes inversiones detrás pero, bajo mi punto de vista la parte de la comida es muy muy flojita. Muchos de ellos no llegan a las expectativas que deberían.
Y es que entiendo que es difícil coordinarse entre sí (cuando tienes varios restaurantes), pero con las nuevas tecnologías es todo mucho menos complejo.
Hoy en día, aunque la comida salga de cocinas centrales, no tiene que ser un impedimento el encontrar en la mesa buena calidad de productos y una buena presentación.
Esto es precisamente lo que se me ha pedido.
En fin, que Gastronomic Talent está creciendo y en poco tiempo, que puedo pedir más...(ya si ganaramos el partido de Champions el miércoles, sería la pera limonera!) para acabar una semana redonda!
Como estoy más liado tengo que reducir las entradas del blog, así es que en vez de hacer 3 a la semana, voy a publicar sólo una el lunes y otra el viernes.
Por supuesto que en el facebook, la receta del martes no la tocaré, ya que se, que muchos de vosotros la ponéis en práctica. (por cierto, me alegro que a muchos de vosotros el pastel de carne os quedo de lujo!)
La verdad, es que también así podré profundizar más en los temas que toque, ya que últimamente como iba pillado de tiempo, no le dedicaba el tiempo que se merece.
Y es que al blog, le tengo mucho cariño, no me esperaba tener tantas personas alrededor del mundo que me siguieran! Gracias!!
Bueno entonces quedamos el viernes, y espero con más buenas noticias!

How was your weekend?
.. Mine if the Barça had won would have been better!
And is that the disaster of the classic match I did not expect, was hard to see Barca losing at the Nou Camp. But now more than ever Força Barça!
On the other hand very happy, because on Friday I had a very good news.
And a few days ago I met with a group of major restoration of Beirut, and on Friday I got the confirmation! I'll start with them next month ....
I often find nice restaurants, with big investments behind but the food is not good.
Many of them do not reach expectations, to be achieved.
And I understand that it is difficult to coordinate with each other (when you have several restaurants), but with all new technologies is much less complex.
Today, although the food go out of central kitchens, should not be an impediment to find good quality products and good presentation in the table
This is exactly what they want to me.
By the way, Gastronomic Talent is growing and before long, I can ask for more ... (and if we won the Champions League match on Wednesday, would be amazing too!)
As I am busy I have to reduce more blog entries, so instead of making 3 a week, I will post only on Monday and another on Friday.
Of course the tuesday's recipe in facebook I will not touch,which I Know many of you do them.
( I'm glad many of you made the Meat Pie and was a succes!)
And is that blog I have much affection, I did not expect to have so many people around the world to follow me! Thanks!
