Dentro de cualquier entorno, religión o profesión, porque nos une una cosa, darle sentido a nuestra profesión y a nuestra vida.
Porque son valientes, vencen sus miedos, innovan, empujan, nos llenan y contagian de entusiasmo.
Demuestran que cuando nada es seguro...todo es posible.
Es por todo esto que me gustan los emprendedores.

Este es el caso de un antiguo compañero mío.
Nuestra historia se parece un poco, el es de Uruguay, aunque es en Barcelona donde nos encontramos. Después de crecer profesionalmente se ha vuelto a su tierra y se ha liado la manta a la cabeza.
Al llegar a su ciudad, hechó en falta una web donde encontrar los mejores restaurantes y ha creado una web donde encontrar los mejores restaurantes de Montevideo.

No sólo podréis encontrar restaurantes, que para los que no vivimos en Montevideo no tendría sentido seguirla, sino que además hay y habrá un montón de recetas, notas y artículos relacionados con el mundo gastronómico.
Y de nuevo me encuentro dando las gracias otra vez, ya que Sebastian, creador de la web, me ha pedido colaborar con él.

Porque para mi, es otro nuevo reto....otra nueva motivación.
Yo que cuando llegué a Beirut hace pocos meses estaba lleno de miedos resulta que al final estoy de celebración en celebración.
