Estamos ya apurando lo último del verano. Queda poco.
Y es que lo bueno pasa rápido. Aunque os confieso que tengo ganas de rutina.
Es curioso, a mi me pasa igual que en las tiendas de moda, que ya a final de verano tienen ropa de invierno.
Porque la semana pasada contactaron conmigo para elaborar un menú de fin de año! Ya estamos pensando en Navidad, en pleno agosto!
Va a ser de lo más especial, quieren un TOP 10 de menú. Quieren algo difícil, porque juntar gastronomía libanesa, con fusión y cocina molecular con productos exclusivos no es fácil.
Vuelve a ser algo nuevo para mi. Con lo que a mi me gustan los retos!!
Ha sido un regalo de Navidad adelantado. Aunque quizás no escojan el mío para la gran noche, pero me permitirá ponerme a prueba, y esto no tiene precio.
Así es que sacando horas de donde no las tengo (de sueño quizás) voy a disfrutar otra vez con lo que más me gusta. La cocina.

We are already rushing the last of the summer. Is short.
Because what good happens fast. Although I confess that I have wanted to routine.
It's funny happens to me as in the fashion stores, already in late summer have winter clothes.
Because last week contacted me a Hotel to develop a menu of new year! We are already thinking about Christmas, in the middle of August!
It will be the most special, they want a TOP 10 menu. They want something difficult because Lebanese cuisine together with fusion and molecular gastronomy with exclusive products is not easy.
Returns to be something new for me. With what I like challenges!
It was an early Christmas present. Although they may not choose my Menu for the big night, but allow me to test myself, and this is priceless.
So taking hours from where I haven't (perhaps in the night) I will enjoy again with what I like. The gastronomy.
